What is SecureBookmarks?

Securebookmarks is a private bookmarking service that has zero knowledge about the data.

What does zero knowdledge mean?

All data that gets send between our server and your browser is either hashed or encrypted using your password. The bookmark data is stored encrypted on the servers and decrypted in the browser using 256bit AES.

Is this 100% secure?

No, you still have to trust us not to run/inject any malicious javascript code.

Do I need to sign up?

You can start using the service right away, no need to sign-up. We collect no personal data. In fact, there are no user accounts to begin with. Also we don't track usage activity of any kind.

How do I log out?

Refresh the page and your session will be wiped.

Is there a browser extension?

There is a bookmarklet.
